Item can ONLY be returned for exchange window starts 7 days from when your products arrive at your door. We will gladly issue an exchange for any orders that are not correct (color, size and defective product) only.

 

The returned items must be completely brand new, unused in their original sold condition. Customers must provide the original packaging, labels, and other accessories.

 

Note: the situations as below DO NOT warrant items for return:

•    Items soiled with any type of cosmetics

•    Items that are creased, dirty or with odor

•    Items that have been worn for an extended duration of time

•    Items have been modified

•    Items returned without the complete original packaging, labels etc

 

At this time, we do not cover return shipping charges. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
